Everyone loves a good gooey brownie and so here I share my eggless brownie recipe with reduced sugar content and extra amount of happiness💟

- Baking Time: 15-20 mins
- Total Cooking Time: 45-50 mins
Material required 🛒
- 1 cup - All-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup - Powdered sugar
- 1 cup - Warm milk
- 1/4 cup - Cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp - Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
- 1 tsp - Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup - Any type of chocolate as per preference (Dark or Milk)
- 2 tbsp - Chopped Walnuts
Preparation 🥣
- Step 1 : Preheating the oven
- Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Step 2: Greasing the cake tin
- Generously grease the cake tin with margarine for a smooth release of the baked brownie.
- Step 3: Dry Ingredients
- Sift flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda and powder atleast 3 times to make sure air is incorporated.
- Step 4: Chocolate delight
- Grate the chocolate and keep it aside in fridge for a nice melty moment.
- Step 5: Mixing the batter
- Once dry ingredients are sifted together make a small circle in between and gradually pour the milk and vanilla essence.
- The consistency of the batter should be thick and hence the milk should be added gradually in the W method 1.
- Step 6: Addition of Chocolate and Walnuts
- Once the batter is ready add in the the grated chocolate and chopped walnuts reserving a small amount for later use.
- Step 7: Baking
- Pour the batter in the greased tin and sprinkle the remaining chocolate and chopped walnuts and bake the batter in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Cool, remove from mould and enjoy!✨
