Everyone loves a good gooey brownie and so here I share my eggless brownie recipe with reduced sugar content and extra amount of happiness💟

Eggless Brownie

  • Baking Time: 15-20 mins
  • Total Cooking Time: 45-50 mins

Material required 🛒

  • 1 cup - All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup - Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup - Warm milk
  • 1/4 cup - Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup - Any type of chocolate as per preference (Dark or Milk)
  • 2 tbsp - Chopped Walnuts

Preparation 🥣

  • Step 1 : Preheating the oven
    • Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2: Greasing the cake tin
    • Generously grease the cake tin with margarine for a smooth release of the baked brownie.
  • Step 3: Dry Ingredients
    • Sift flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda and powder atleast 3 times to make sure air is incorporated.
  • Step 4: Chocolate delight
    • Grate the chocolate and keep it aside in fridge for a nice melty moment.
  • Step 5: Mixing the batter
    • Once dry ingredients are sifted together make a small circle in between and gradually pour the milk and vanilla essence.
    • The consistency of the batter should be thick and hence the milk should be added gradually in the W method 1.
  • Step 6: Addition of Chocolate and Walnuts
    • Once the batter is ready add in the the grated chocolate and chopped walnuts reserving a small amount for later use.
  • Step 7: Baking
    • Pour the batter in the greased tin and sprinkle the remaining chocolate and chopped walnuts and bake the batter in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cool, remove from mould and enjoy!✨
